On Saturday, Brit Brit, Anna Banana and I went to Fitzgeralds to see 'Where Vegas Lies'.

Birthday Cupcakes

Today is my mom's Birthday, and I made her some cupcakes :)
They are double chocolate cupcakes with piped chocolate icing - I used a #18 frosting tip.
I also made whoopie pies and small chocolate chip cookie sandwiches - inside was frozen whipped cream.
Some of them were topped with melted, white chocolate O's.

John Mayer's new "friend"

Had an awesome night out with Anna Banana and Brit Brit...and now it's 4 A.M. and I can't sleep.
We went to Fitzgeralds and saw 'Where Vegas Lies' play along with a couple of other bands - I'd upload my pics now, but I need the chord out of another room for the camera...not cool.
I have some crazy stories of the night, but I'll have to spill tomorrow when I can post pics too.

Penny's New Video: Addiction

Alright--Before I go off on a tangent...I have good news!!

I didn't mean to record this footage- I was playing with the photo booth on my Mac and was just kinda using it as a mirror--but I think it came out magical! :)

Swine Flu Update from my day: Neither of us have any symptoms though we risked our lives to shop and see X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Short Penny Review of the movie: I liked it, but not what I expected. It's a departure from the other X-Men movies - It was a little darker than I expected...but "dark" is probably the wrong word. It wasn't super dark--mostly just sunset-ish.

Besides seeing the movie, Anna and I also blew some precious cash!
