So- My boyfriend--who would probably be the least likely person for me to call for help with a baking question on 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire'- BLEW MY MIND the other day!I had this chocolate layer cake to frost and only had store bought chocolate icing to put on it. I started putting that on, and it just wasn't smooth. As always.

Penny: "I hate that frosting is so hard to smooth!"
Jason: *casually between texts*"Why don't you heat the icing up and pour it on. Won't it be smooth then?!"
Penny: *freezes all motion and then turns to look at him* "Does that really work?"
Jason: *Looks up from phone for a moment* "I've seen it before."
Penny: *Dumbfounded. Shocked.* Holy CRAP!! You're a FREAKIN GENIUS!!
Jason: *Looks back down* "I know."

Oh, YUM!!!! YOu don't know how much I truly adore chocolate.
I didn't know about this, but it makes sense. You know what I hate? When the frosting is full of granules. Yuck. But your cake looks delicious! Go Jason! And go you, for trusting his advice. :-)
This is just one more reason why Jason is a keeper, as if you didn't already know that.;-) (Loving listening to Katy!!)
