Bruce Springsteen Rocks It at Super Bowl XLIII

Bruce was pure rockability and energy at the Super Bowl XLIII 2009 Half time Show!
I found myself smiling, and wanting to dance only seconds after he took the stage. There is a finesse to rockers who were visible before 1980 that lends itself to inspiring a crowd. WHAT is it that makes their performances so amazing?! Part o me thinks that maybe they perfected a stage performance since they didn't have concert tricks like pyro or huge projected graphics at that time, so the artist had to hold the audience's attention on their own...New and aspiring songsters-take note!
